Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology with significant potential to improve educational management and promote inclusive education for students with disabilities. This paper examines the role of AI in enhancing educational management practices by providing adaptive, accessible, and data-driven learning environments that support diverse learner needs. The study explores the historical development of AI, its theoretical foundations, types, and applications within educational settings. Particular attention is given to AI-powered assistive technologies, including adaptive learning systems, speech-to-text and text-to-speech tools, intelligent tutoring systems, automated assessment platforms, and communication support devices that facilitate learning and participation among students with disabilities. The paper further highlights the benefits of AI in educational management, such as improved administrative efficiency, personalized learning, enhanced accessibility, data-driven decision-making, effective resource management, and increased student engagement. Despite these advantages, several challenges hinder the effective implementation of AI in inclusive education, including inadequate technological infrastructure, high implementation costs, limited teacher training, data privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, ethical issues, and overdependence on technology. To address these challenges, the paper recommends investment in digital infrastructure, continuous professional development for educators, ethical AI governance frameworks, inclusive technology design, stakeholder collaboration, and regular monitoring and evaluation of AI systems. The study concludes that AI has the capacity to transform educational management for students with disabilities by fostering equitable access to quality education and supporting individualized learning experiences. However, achieving these benefits requires responsible implementation, adequate policy support, and sustained collaboration among governments, educational institutions, technology developers, and other stakeholders.
